Lisa Lu Britton, Esq., LL.M.

Ms. Britton advises individual and corporate clients on their domestic and international tax matters.  Together with an extensive network of advisors and co-counsel, she provides clients with efficient planning for tax effective structuring, wealth preservation, and business development.  

Ms. Britton received her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law and has significant experience in taxation of hedge funds and financial instruments.   

Ms. Britton is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of New York.  She received her Juris Doctor from Buffalo Law School with a concentration in International Business Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University with a major in politics, philosophy and law, cum laude.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association.
